Wheeler Creek Senior is operating on a wait list that is currently closed. The wait list is opened when it deemed necessary by management. Notice of the specific dates, times, and pertinent details are posted in local periodicals, such as the Washington Post Express, prior to all events.

Wait List

Our property also participates in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, as well as the Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) program administered by the DC Housing Authority.  Participation in these programs requires income reporting for all residents.

Additionally, we lease to any qualified person in accordance with all federal, state and local fair housing laws. Each rental application will be evaluated using a standard criteria, which includes occupancy limits, household income, credit history, rental history and criminal background.
